Job Description

  • Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, manuals, release notes, and online help.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with engineers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather and verify information.
  • Develop and maintain style guides, templates, and documentation standards.
  • Organize and structure content for clarity, accessibility, and ease of use.
  • Create visuals, diagrams, and flowcharts to support written content.
  • Maintain version control and update documentation to reflect product or process changes.
  • Build and manage knowledge bases, FAQs, and internal/external support documents.
  • Document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, regulations, and accessibility requirements.
  • Gather feedback from users and teams to improve documentation quality.
  • Work with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, MadCap Flare, Markdown, Google Docs) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
