Job Description
- Support the development of comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate and drive project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
- Support team members by identifying and helping remove blockers, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project risks and issues, contributing to mitigation strategies and proactive resolution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear and timely communication.
- Coordinate with QA and delivery teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with tracking project budgets, escalating variances and financial concerns as needed.
- Support resource planning and allocation to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
