Full-stack Developer

Job Description

Join our engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale our digital platform for convenience and energy services. You'll take ownership across a modern tech stack with Go microservices, React frontends, and cloud infrastructure - to deliver robust,high-performance systems powering seamless customer experiences across multiple applications.
You'll play a key role in technical direction, mentoring teammates, and ensuring quality,scalability, and reliability across our services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement complex features across the stack: Go
  backend services, gRPC APIs, and React + TypeScript frontends.
• Design, review, and evolve system architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and observability across the team.
• Develop and optimize data integrations with PostgreSQL and Ent ORM,managing schema evolution and migrations.
• Extend and refine service communication layers, designing and maintaining gRPC/REST interfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineers to plan and deliver high-impact features.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
• Maintain and improve observability (logs, metrics, tracing) using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and related tools.
• Contribute to documentation (README,ADRs) and help maintain clarity and consistency in our engineering processes.
